Desde tu primer mensaje hasta la entrega de tus productos terminados, estamos contigo en cada etapa del camino.

Share as much detail as possible about your project — the type of garment, quantity, materials, design ideas, and your ideal timeline. Within 1 to 3 business days, one of our team members will get back to you with a personalized response letting you know whether our factory can meet your specific needs and requirements, or if we need to explore alternatives together.



1 to 3 Days

5 to 8 Days

Once we've confirmed that your project is a great fit for our production capabilities, we'll prepare a detailed and transparent quote tailored to your order. This includes material costs, production fees, printing or embroidery options, and an estimated lead time. We believe in full transparency, no hidden fees, no surprises. You'll have everything you need to make an informed decision before moving forward.



15 to 25 Days

Before we move into full production, we create a physical sample of your product for your review and approval. This is a critical step — it allows you to see, feel, and test the garment firsthand, ensuring the fit, fabric quality, print accuracy, and finishing details are exactly what you envisioned. If any adjustments are needed, we make them at this stage before committing to the full run.

With the sample approved and signed off, our team at our factory in Neiva, Colombia moves into full-scale production. Every step of the manufacturing process , from fabric cutting and sewing to printing, embroidery, and finishing is handled in-house under strict quality control standards. We keep you informed throughout the production process so you always know where your order stands.

25 to 45 Days

3 to 5 Days

Once production is complete and your order passes our final quality inspection, it is carefully packed and shipped directly to Puerto Rico or the United States. We provide full tracking information so you can follow your shipment every step of the way, from our factory floor to your door.

First order: approx. 60 days / Repeat orders: approx. 30 days
