Once you confirm to make a bulk order with us, we always make a free sample first. Only when you're happy with the sample the bulk production starts.

Production time and shipping may vary depending on the type of product and order volume. You will be informed of the estimated production time after you confirm a custom production with us.
Yes, after you confirmed an order of a custom production, you'll be able to make an appointment to visit our factory. Unfortunately there's no other opportunity due to the high demands.
Alternatively, we offer to arrange a meeting for the showroom in Puerto Rico or arrange a Zoom call to get to know each other and show you our products.
